In the show, Million Dollar Secret, it's all about strategy, problem solving, colluding, secrets, lies and buckets of RISK! It's a great case study in watching high stakes behaviour.

It reminded me of one of the organisation's I used to work at, minus the million dollars of course!

It also got me thinking about risk. In my current volunteer role as National President for Professional Speakers Australia and as a thought leader running a practice to serve organisations and middle managers, I have not often deliberately thought of my own levels of risk tolerance.

How risk averse or tolerant are you? Does it help or hinder your problem solving and decision making (and even strategising and planning and organising)?
