The Promotion Doesn't Come with Instructions

@everyone The promotion came with a new title. The leadership instructions apparently went to someone else. Being good at your job and helping other people do theirs require different skills. Delegating without taking everything back. Giving feedback before frustration takes over. Influencing decisions when you don’t have the final say. These are everyday leadership skills worth practising. The Burger Program™ helps middle managers build self-awareness, strengthen communication, solve problems and lift the people around them. Two days of practical learning, followed by 90 days of supported application. Because “you’ll figure it out” is a fairly expensive development plan. Explore the program and choose your preferred city and date, link in the first comment. #MiddleManagers #LeadershipDevelopment #TheMiddleMatters
